In a web browser, go to the sign-in screen of Outlook.com, and select Create a free account.

  1. Select a username.


  2. Go to the drop-down arrow on the Username field to change the default domain ‘Outlook.com’ to ‘hotmail.com’ if you prefer a Hotmail address. Then click Next.


  3. Now enter a strong password & click Next.


  4. Select your first and last name and click Next.

  5. Fill your country, date of birth then select Next.


  6. From the CAPTCHA image, enter the characters correctly & click Next.


  7. Now your account has been setup by Outlook and a welcome screen will be display.

  8. Now you can open your new account of Outlook.com on the web or set it up for access in email programs on computers & mobile devices.
